Investryx
Relationship intelligence

Know who can make the warm intro, without reading anyone’s mail.

Every contact and company carries a relationship strength and a ranked list of who on your team knows them. The score comes from logged meetings, calls and notes and from the calendar events you choose to log, weighted by frequency and recency. Email is never requested.

A CRM that already knows your network

Contacts sit on the same organisation records as your deals and LPs, so a founder, a co-investor and an LP contact are one click apart. Log a meeting, a call or a memo, and the strength updates for everyone who attended.

  • Strength 0–100 with bands: Strong, Medium, Light
  • “Known by” ranks your team members for each person and company
  • Interactions live on the organisation: paste a note, upload audio for transcription, add attendees on the fly

Warm intros drafted, double opt-in by default

From any contact, pick the teammate on the warm path and let the agent draft the request. Or draft the intro email itself: why each side should meet, under 140 words, ending with a light next step. You edit, you send.

  • Intro tone is yours: warm, brief or formal
  • Drafts follow your workspace’s AI language
  • Nothing is sent without you pressing send in your own mail client

Read-only, by design

When you connect Google, Investryx asks for read-only access to your contacts and to the events in your own calendar, and names each permission before you reach Google. It never requests email. Event descriptions and attachments are not read, and only the meeting you log is stored.

  • Relationship scores explain themselves: last touch, frequency, decay
  • Network heat on companies uses the same logged touchpoints
  • Disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations

How it works

  1. 1

Pick from your calendar, or log by hand

Sync a meeting from Google Calendar into a company’s log — attendees, date and time prefilled — or log interactions by hand. Both feed the same scorer.

  2. 2

    See the path

Open a company or contact; the drawer shows strength and who on your team is closest.

  3. 3

    Ask for the intro

Draft the request to your teammate, or the intro itself, in your tone. Send from your own mailbox.

Security

Privacy is a product feature here.

The value comes from patterns of contact, not from content. Investryx is built so it cannot see more than it needs.

  • Email is never requested

Contacts and calendar events, read-only. The permission screen lists exactly that, and so does every relationship card.

  • Per-firm data, per-member connections

Your Google connection belongs to you; the meetings you log and the derived strength are shared with your workspace, your calendar is not.

  • Everything logged

Intro drafts and requests appear in the activity feed like every other action.

Relationship questions

Do I have to connect Google?

No. Logged meetings, calls and notes produce the same strength scores. Connecting Google saves typing: contacts arrive after your review, and meetings can be picked from your calendar.

What exactly is read from Google?

Your contacts and “other contacts” (read-only), and, if you include calendar access, the time, title and attendees of events in your own calendar for the last four months and the next month, read only when you open the calendar picker. Gmail is not requested at all. Inbox metadata is not part of the product today; if we ever add it, it will be a separate, explicit opt-in.

Can I import contacts?

Yes, CSV import with name and email columns; the rest is optional. Each contact can carry a preferred language for LP communications.

How is strength calculated?

Frequency over the last twelve months with time decay, plus recency of the last touch, normalised to 0–100. The card shows the inputs.
