Documentation
How every part of Investryx works, in the order you will meet it. Start with Getting started, or search for a screen or a task.
Getting started
- Create a workspaceSign up with your work email, name your firm, choose a plan and start the 14-day trial.
- Invite your teamAdd partners, analysts and scouts from the Team screen, and choose what each person can manage.
- Plans and billingHow the four plans differ, what a vehicle is, and where to subscribe, switch plans or update your card.
- Language settingsSet your own interface language, the workspace default, and the language the AI co-pilot writes in.
- Import companies and contactsBring existing contacts in from a CSV file, and understand how companies are created alongside them.
Sourcing
- Adding companiesAdd a startup with just a name and a website, then let enrichment fill in the rest.
- Enrichment and provenanceFill a company record from public sources, with a source and a confidence level on every field.
- Editing enriched fieldsCorrect any field by hand. A value is marked Manual only when it differs from what enrichment found.
- Signals and momentumSeven public signals per startup, rolled into a 0–100 momentum score that is never a black box.
- ResearchSearch the web for a company's recent funding rounds and news from inside the detail drawer.
- CategoriesOne record per organisation, distinguished by category. How categories are assigned and what they change.
Relationships
- Connecting Google: contacts and calendarWhat Investryx asks for when a team member connects Google — read-only contacts and calendar events — what each permission is used for, what is stored, and how to disconnect.
- Relationship strengthHow the 0–100 relationship score is computed, what the Strong / Medium / Light bands mean, and where it shows.
- Sync Google ContactsConnect your own Google account, review and select the people to share, and keep the workspace Network in sync.
- Warm introsSee which deals have a warm path through your team, and ask the right colleague for an introduction.
- Intro draftsLet AI write the first pass of an introduction email in the tone you choose, then review and send it from your own mailbox.
Pipeline
- Stages, board and tableMove deals through six fixed stages on a drag-and-drop board or a sortable table, and record passes cleanly.
- Deal tabsWhere a deal's terms, team, diligence, memo, notes and documents live, and how AI autofill proposes terms from your notes.
- Diligence checklistA fixed, grouped checklist on every deal with a progress count, so nothing reaches IC half-checked.
- AI memoDraft a five-section investment memo from the record, notes and enrichment, then review it before anything reaches IC.
- Recording an investmentClosing a deal records the round terms and creates the portfolio position in one form.
Portfolio
- PositionsRead the portfolio list, open a position's full history, and understand what each number means.
- Recording rounds and markupsRecord every later round a portfolio company raises — whether or not you participate — so ownership and marks stay current.
- ExitsRecord an acquisition, IPO, secondary sale or write-off, close the position and realise proceeds.
- KPI requestsCollect quarterly revenue, burn, runway and headcount from founders through a no-login link, and chase what is overdue.
- Performance metrics explainedWhat TVPI, DPI, RVPI, IRR and MOIC mean in plain words, one worked example, and how Investryx computes them for you.
Funds and LPs
- Funds and commitmentsCreate a fund or vehicle, record its terms, and add LP commitments with their signing status.
- Capital callsIssue a capital call as a percentage of commitments, track each LP's payment, and see overdue notices.
- DistributionsRecord a distribution to LPs, choose its type, and see the fund's DPI update.
- LP contactsAdd the people at each LP who receive report sets and can sign in to the LP portal.
LP reporting
- Report setsCreate a per-fund report set, build the report or upload documents, and move it between Draft and Published.
- RecipientsHow a report set's recipients are derived from the fund's LP contacts, and how to add or remove people.
- Document audiencesRestrict a document to specific LPs or contacts inside a report set, and see how the portal and access log respect it.
- Publish and notification emailWhat the publish review checks, how the notification email works per language, and what LPs receive.
- Access log and remindersSee who viewed or downloaded each document, who has not opened it, and send reminder emails.
- WatermarksHow PDF downloads from the LP portal are stamped with the downloader's email and date, and what is not stamped.

Agent
- What the agent can doThe two agent surfaces, what it can look up, every change it can propose, how documents work, and the rules it never breaks.
- Action cardsHow a proposed change is shown as a card with a field-level diff, what Apply and Dismiss do, and how open-in-app cards work.
- Batch changesHow the agent turns pasted notes into a checklist of companies or contacts that you add selectively.
- Guarded actionsWhy LP-facing and irreversible actions never run from chat, and what the agent does instead.
- Example promptsPrompts that work well with the agent, grouped by job, with what comes back for each.
Account and security
- Roles and teamInvite team members, understand the Owner, Admin and Member access levels, and manage who can do what.
- NotificationsWhat the bell in the top bar tells you, which events raise a notification, and how read state works.
- Data exportHow to get a full export of your workspace data, what it contains, and how long it takes.
- Deleting a workspaceHow to cancel your subscription and have your workspace deleted, what is removed, and what is retained.
