Warm intros
See which deals have a warm path through your team, and ask the right colleague for an introduction.
A warm intro is worth more than any cold email. Investryx uses relationship strength to show where a warm path already exists and routes your request to the colleague best placed to make it.
Where warm paths show up
Dashboard — Warm intros available
The dark Warm intros available panel on the dashboard lists up to three active pipeline deals where a team member has a Medium or Strong relationship with the company (a score of 50 or more). Each row names the company, the path (“via
Company drawer — Who knows them?
Every organisation’s drawer has a Who knows Acme Robotics? panel. It shows the team member with the strongest relationship, marked Best path, with their score and a bar. Below it sits the Request warm intro button.
Contact drawer
A contact’s drawer has Request warm intro in its header and a Known by your team section that ranks the members with a logged path to that person.
Request an introduction
- Open the company or the contact and select Request warm intro. From a company, the request targets the first contact listed under People here; if there is none yet, add a contact first — the button tells you so.
- In Request intro to
, choose who to route the request through. The list shows teammates with a logged path; you appear as “You” if you have one yourself. - Write your message, or select Generate with AI to draft one from the contact record and the relationship. Selecting Rewrite with AI after editing reworks your text.
- Select Send request. Investryx opens a new email in your own mail client, addressed to the teammate with the subject “Intro request:
” and your message as the body. Review it and send from there.
Nothing is sent by Investryx on your behalf; the request leaves from your own mailbox, so the colleague sees it as a normal email from you.
Making the introduction yourself
When you are the one with the relationship, use Make intro on Contacts to draft the introduction email between two or more people. See Intro drafts.
Keeping the graph accurate
Warm paths are only as good as the interactions behind them. After the intro happens, log it as an Email or Meeting interaction on the company, with both the contact and the colleague as attendees. The relationship strength and Best path update immediately.
