Language settings
Set your own interface language, the workspace default, and the language the AI co-pilot writes in.
Investryx runs in English, Japanese and Chinese. Three settings control which language you see and which language the AI writes in. They are independent, so a Japanese-speaking analyst can use a Japanese interface in a workspace whose memos are drafted in English.
The three settings
Open Settings → Language.
Your language
The interface language for your own account, on every device you sign in from. Changing it switches the app immediately and saves the choice to your profile. If you have never chosen one, the workspace default applies.
Default interface language
The workspace default, used for members who have not picked their own language. New members see this language the first time they sign in.
Default AI co-pilot language
The language used for AI output: enrichment summaries and descriptions, deal memos, drafted introductions and intro requests, research results and agent replies. The AI still understands requests in other languages, and every output stays editable, so you can rewrite anything it produces.
Each selector saves as soon as you change it and shows a “Language saved” confirmation.
Which language applies where
| Surface | Follows |
|---|---|
| Menus, buttons, field labels, chips | Your language (or the workspace default) |
| Enrichment summaries, memos, intro drafts, agent replies | Default AI co-pilot language |
| LP notification emails | Each recipient contact’s Language field |
| KPI request emails to founders | English |
Values you type yourself are stored exactly as entered; Investryx does not translate your notes or records.
Contact language
The Language on a contact (English, Japanese or Chinese) is a separate field. It decides which version of an LP report notification that person receives, so set it when you add LP contacts. You can set it in Add contact, when adding a recipient on a report set, and in the language column of a CSV import.
